The short version. Sealz is an invite-only social beta for people aged 20 or older. You keep ownership of what you post. Other people may see and share content according to the feature you use. Please treat them with care.

About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sealz app and related services operated by Inventar Studio (“Sealz,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using Sealz, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent that applicable law requires.
If a feature has additional rules shown in the app, those rules apply to that feature. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.
02 / GETTING IN
Joining and accounts
Sealz is an invite-only beta. At registration, you must confirm that you are at least 20 years old. This is our service policy for the current adult beta, not a statement that all social services are legally required to use that age. We may restrict or close an account if this requirement is not met.
Registration uses an invited email address and a one-time email code. Keep access to your email account and device secure. You are responsible for activity using your account, except where law or circumstances place responsibility elsewhere. Tell us promptly at contact@sealz.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each existing user may invite up to five distinct email addresses. Invite only someone whose address you are entitled to use for that purpose. The recipient decides whether to accept and register. Do not sell invitations, use automated invitation tools, or use an invitation to harass someone.

How sharing features work
Posts and profile
Posts, profile information, reposts, mentions, and associated media are designed to be found and seen by other members. Public post-media links may also be reachable without signing in and cached by a delivery network. Consider this before sharing sensitive content.
Stories
Stories are intended for you and your current followers. They stop being available through Sealz 24 hours after creation, while physical cleanup can take additional time. Viewers may still make their own copies.
Chats
Normal chats are handled by our servers, including message text and private attachments. Secret direct text chats use client-side end-to-end encryption for their text, but related metadata is still processed; normal chats are not end-to-end encrypted. Attachments are not currently available in secret chats.
Drafts
Drafts and queued posts are stored locally on your device for the account using them until you submit or clear them; signing out does not publish or necessarily erase that account’s draft. Typing @ or # suggestions and searching GIFs sends those search fragments or requests to the service. Media may be uploaded as part of a send attempt, and an unsuccessful attempt may leave temporary partial uploads awaiting cleanup.
05 / SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
Keeping the space safe
Do not use Sealz to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or spam others; publish unlawful or infringing material; distribute malware; scrape accounts or content without authorization; or bypass access controls, including private chat and Story boundaries. Respect others’ intellectual property, privacy, and the law that applies to you.
Do not attempt to compromise the service or interfere with another person’s account. You are responsible for the content you choose to share and for your interactions with others. If you find harmful or infringing material, contact us with enough detail to locate it.
06 / HELP & ACTIONS
Reports and account actions
Send abuse, copyright, privacy, security, or account concerns to contact@sealz.net. Include the relevant account or post link and a short explanation. We may ask for information needed to verify a report or your identity, and may remove content or restrict accounts where appropriate. You may use the same address to ask us to review an action affecting your account.
You may request account closure through that address. Some content or records may remain where needed to comply with law, protect others, resolve disputes, or complete technical cleanup. Our Privacy Policy explains those limits in more detail.
07 / A WORK IN PROGRESS
Beta service and changes
Sealz is a beta service. Features may change, pause, or be unavailable while we maintain or improve them. Please keep your own copies of important material; the service is not a permanent archive. We will take reasonable care in operating Sealz, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The version and effective date above identify the text currently presented. Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement, we will provide it. Nothing here removes rights or protections you have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law.
